What we collect

When you fill out an inquiry, application, or newsletter form on this site, we collect:

• First name and email address (required)
• Last name, phone number, message, and program timing preference (optional, depending on the form)
• Advertising attribution data (UTM parameters, Google Click ID) when you arrive from a paid ad. We use it to measure which campaigns reach prospective students and to improve how our ads are delivered.

We also collect usage data through Google Analytics 4: pages visited, session duration, device type, and general location (city and country). This data is tied to a random identifier stored in your browser rather than to your name.

How we use it

• To send you the program information, brochure, or updates you requested
• To respond to your inquiry or application
• To understand which channels and campaigns bring prospective students to our programs
• To measure which ads lead to inquiries and bookings, and to help Google deliver our ads to people likely to be interested.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers and advertising partners listed below, who process it to help us operate this site, communicate with you, and measure our advertising.

Service providers

• ConvertKit (Kit): US based email marketing platform. Stores your name and email and delivers emails on our behalf. Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. ConvertKit privacy policy.
• Google Analytics 4: usage analytics. Our Analytics property is linked to our Google Ads account, so Google may use this data to measure and improve our advertising. Google privacy policy.
• Google Ads: conversion tracking and remarketing. Measures which ads lead to inquiries and bookings, and may show our ads to you on other sites. Google processes this under its Ads Data Processing Terms. How Google uses data from sites that use its services.
• Calendly: if you book a session through this site, Calendly processes that booking under its own privacy policy.
• Sentry: error monitoring. If a technical error occurs during your visit, Sentry may capture limited technical context. We configure Sentry to minimize personal data in error reports.
• Vercel: our hosting provider. Vercel processes all web requests and may retain standard server logs.

Your rights

• Unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message we send.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your information by emailing info@sarasvatiayurveda.com. We will respond within 30 days.
• EU, EEA, UK and Swiss residents: rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and data portability. Our lawful basis is your consent for analytics cookies, advertising cookies, and newsletter subscriptions, and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry or application. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.
• Withdraw cookie consent at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
• We are based in the United States. Information you send us is stored and processed in the United States.
• California residents: rights under CCPA/CPRA including the right to know what we collected and to request deletion.

How long we keep it. We keep your inquiry or application for as long as we are in contact with you about a program, and after that as part of our school records. Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe. Google Analytics deletes event data after 2 months and user data after 14 months. Cookie lifetimes are listed in the table below. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We set cookies in three groups. Necessary cookies are always on. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland we ask first, and nothing is used for analytics or advertising until you choose. Elsewhere they are used by default, and you can turn them off at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.

If you arrive from a Google Ad, the Google Click ID (gclid) is also captured in our lead forms, as described above.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of every page.
