HOW SHE GOT HERE

From The Wall Street Journal to Ayurveda & Yoga Therapy.

Susan left her career at The Wall Street Journal after Ayurveda and Yoga saved her life, as she wanted to share this ancient, sacred knowledge that helped her so much.

Susan started her study at The Ayurvedic Institute in 2004 and went on to study with Dr. Vasant Lad from 2004 to 2015. She also holds a Master of Science in Ayurveda & Integrative Medicine from Maharishi International University. Currently she is working as a lead practitioner on the UCSF/Kaiser Permanente research study helping women post treatment from breast cancer integrate Ayurveda, Yoga Therapy and Marma Therapy into their recovery program.

HER MISSION

Ayurveda is an ancient sacred science that teaches us how to master the potential that humans carry.

The Vedic sciences of Ayurveda and Yoga have stood the test of time and have preserved the wisdom of the elders in a way that teaches how to nourish your body, mind, and spirit through connection to nature.

My mission is to embody these sciences and pass them on to future generations in a way that helps them enliven their own internal source of healing power. Through internal integration of these healing arts, the ancient wisdom and sacred ethos of Ayurveda and Yoga can be preserved.

Ayurveda is about moving with the rhythms and cycles of nature as well as connecting with your own deep knowing to awaken and embody this natural law within yourself.
